Kosmima comes from the Greek word Kósmi̱ma and means jewel. And with one look at the Hermès© carré by the same name, we can see why this title had been chosen.
Julia Abadie’s 1994 design sparkles and abounds with Hellenistic jewels.
Arranged around whom I assume might be Artemis, the favorite Greek goddess of flora and fauna, is an unusual piece, an intricate and very delicate gold wreath. Imitating leaves and blossoms, it was worn on the head.

Kosmima shares the same origin as the word cosmos, which refers to the universal order, a cosmological aspect to the nature of beauty.
Kosmima as I already mentioned means jewel, but also anything that beautifies, adorns and embellishes a human being. And in her creation Julia pulled out all the stops! Intricate earrings and bracelets, bold necklaces and brooches are artfully depicted and skillfully arranged to create a stunning one-of-a-kind scarf – A real classic Hermès© carré!
And how fortunate for us! All we need is simply the stunning Kosmima Hermès© carré and voila … other jewels? Strictly optional!
