theme for this month’s Featured Collection, how can I not include another Dallet Classic, his Equateur carre from 1988?
Robert Dalett was an incredibly gifted self-taught artist, who designed a number of very well known carres for the Maison Hermes. Whether it his Jungle Love, Sichuan, Kenya or La Vie Precieuse de la Mediterranee, all of his designs are incredibly vivid and lifelike. His love of animals becomes evident in all of his scarves, which are like windows into an exotic and magical world.
