CONSIGNMENT made Simple –

You receive:

62% of the selling price for each item that sells for up to $999

75% for each item that sells for $1,000-$4,999

80% for each item that sells $5,000 and above

Please remember, there are NO FEES at Carre de Paris!

If you are like so many of us, you probably have more than one carre and some that are your favorites and some that spend most of their time neatly tucked away in a drawer. Why not turn them into cash? How about all those unworn ties, shoes, hand bags and more? Clean out your closets and drawers and cash in while getting organized.

Client Referral Policy

We love your referrals. Refer a friend to us and receive a one-time $25 bonus per new client referred. Paid after new client receives their first sales payment.

Your scarf

Has to be in excellent pre-owned/vintage condition. Must be free of any stains and holes. Any pulled threads are subject to review. If we receive your scarf and decide that it does not meet or exceed our standards, we will return your scarf to you at your expense.

USPS Priority Mail or DHL Worldwide Express Pre-Paid Label

In our effort to provide the best possible customer service, we will provide you with a complimentary pre-paid mailing label for your items.
The Process

Once we receive your items, we create an inventory of your items, photograph them and list them typically within one week of receipt. We pay you within one week of full payment received. All photographs are and remain the property of Carre de Paris.

Consignor’s Representations, Warranties and Indemnification

The consignor hereby warrants to Carre de Paris that it has good and marketable title to the products none of which are subject to any liens or other encumbrances and further warrants to Carre de Paris that the products consigned pursuant to this Agreement are not in violation of any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of any third party, state or federal law, or administrative regulation. The consignor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carre de Paris from all damages, suits, litigation, awards and costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees that may arise out of the display or sale of the products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to civil or criminal suits over authenticity, legality, ownership, infringement of copyright or trademark or any other claim or litigation.

Authentication

Carre de Paris prides itself on only selling 100% authentic Hermès© items. We reserve the right to work with professional authenticators for your items at our discretion. Should an item be deemed inauthentic or the authenticity cannot be conclusively determined, you will be charged a $20 fee (per inauthentic item) on the next scheduled invoice to cover the authentication expense we incurred. Should there be items we are unable to sell due to authenticity issues, return shipping is at your expense ($20 per box). If you do not wish to have items returned to you, we will donate them on your behalf.

Selling Strategies and Marketing

In an effort to sell your items at the highest possible price, we extensively market and promote your items on various sites such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram and our blog.

Special Sales

In an effort to increase sales, we occasionally offer up to 20% off on selected items. Several of our return customer may use their coupon, which may be as high as 15% off. These discounts are assumed to be pre approved, any further or additional discounts are subject to your approval.
